The Alaska Rural Health Conference brings together a myriad of persons from the healthcare field with decision-making authority.  These attendees are interested in moving their businesses forward utilizing health information technology, excellent quality of care, delivery and community engagement.  Additionally, they have a vested interest in workforce development and optimizing systems to provide the right care, at the right time, in the right place.

The Exhibit Hall will be located in the Howard Rock Foyer of the Sheraton Anchorage Hotel, a prominent location that will serve as a central meeting area during the conference and main traffic way. Attendees will need to enter the Exhibit Hall in order to take advantage of the food & beverage service, as well as the Welcome Reception.

Alaska Event Services, Inc. (AES) has been selected as the show service contractor for the 2014 Alaska Rural Heath Conference. For each booth space, show management will provide:

(1) 8'x8' Fabric Display Booth - limit one per vendor
(1) 6' Skirted Table
(2) Chairs
(1) Identification Sign

(1-2) Electrical Outlets - provided on an as-needed basis
Wireless Internet Connection

Additional services such as freight handling, furniture, carpet, and more may be ordered through AES. A notice will be sent to all registered Exhibitors when the official Exhibitor Service Kit is available.

booth selection

Sponsors will be provided first priority for booth placement. Once sponsors have selected their booth locations, the remaining exhibit booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, based on registration date. Exhibit booth selection and assignment will take place after March 17, 2014.


booth pricing

One (1) Exhibit Booth (with standard furnishings):

  • Early Registration (on or before March 4, 2014) - $550.00*
  • Regular Registration (after March 4, 2014) - $600.00*
  • Additional Exhibit Booth Personnel (over one) - $150.00

*Exhibit booth fee includes attendance at meal functions for one person.



Exhibit space is based on availability with a scheduled closing date of april 1, 2014,

unless space is sold-out in advance.

cancellation policy

All requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing to: Visions Meeting & Event Management
999 E. Tudor Road, Suite 200 Anchorage, AK 99503 or via email to brooke.ivy@visionsus.com no later than Tuesday, March 25, 2014. No refunds will be given for cancellations after March 25, 2014. All cancellations will be assessed a fee of $50.00.
